Since 1976, Santa Rita has been involved in the processing of olives, vegetables, and fish, directly from fresh, exclusively national produce, for the production of preserved and semi-preserved vegetable and fish products. Preserved and semi-preserved products constitute Santa Rita's product line called “Tra Sole e Terra”.
